1. As when dissolve in the water, the 80 centigrade pva no shrink, so the towel which use the 80 centigrade pva yarn compare to the towel which use the 90 centigrade pva yarn, Flatness better, feel better.
2.The application in the separation of socks During producing the socks, the 80 centigrade pva yarn can be used at the Separation, at the end process, the pva yarn can dissolved in the water with out any Chemicals. This can save the Labor cost . As it need the low temperature, can save the energy and the time.
3. For the produce of the lace. Due to the feature of the pva yarn, during the produce of the Lace, depend on the different Process, put different rate of the pva, after the end process, can get the different type of the Lace you want. According to your requirement of the process, 80 centigrade pva yarn can instead of the 90 centigrade pva, as 80 centigrade pva need low temperature, can save energy, save the cost.
